Cancellations
A payment or voucher is required for clients when booking services and will be applied to the services rendered during your initial visit. Client must be 18 or over and ID is required upon first treatment.
Payments are non-refundable for no-shows.
Cancellations made within the 24 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment (this includes vouchers as well) will lose deposit and/or payment.

Tardiness of over 5 minutes will result in cutting your treatment time and anything over 15 minutes will be subjected to a late cancellation fee with the option to reschedule.
We understand that life happens, but Benefit Aesthetics upholds this policy in an effort to continue maintaining the utmost quality and services we provide. We value and respect our clients & practitioners time and appreciate your understanding regarding our policy.
Vouchers
Scheduling Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be redeemed immediately before or after major holidays or on weekends. (Consider specifying what qualifies as "major holidays" for clarity.)

Advance Booking Required: All voucher redemptions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. (Fixed typo for professionalism.)
Annual Purchase Limit: Each client is limited to purchasing vouchers once per calendar year
Refund Policy
All of our treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standard at Benefit Aesthetics, however sometimes outcomes do not meet patients’ expectations. We understand that someone may not be entirely happy with their treatment or procedure. However, with any procedure, there is no guarantee to the outcome, and it is at the patient’s own risk that these procedures are undertaken as stated in the consents.Benefit Aesthetics therefore does not offer payment or voucher refunds for any of our laser, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, brow services, or skin resurfacing services rendered on this basis.
Guest & Children
We want all of our guests, including YOU, to be able to enjoy a tranquil experience at Benefit Aesthetics. In order to ensure this, we ask that you please do not bring children with you to your spa appointments and no guests in your treatment room. While your appointment may be for a service less relaxing such as laser hair removal, someone in an adjacent room may be enjoying a relaxing facial or may have anxiety about their first brow shading. We also have limited space and want you to be as comfortable and safe as possible. Additionally, we work with sharp instruments and chemical solutions, and would want to avoid accidents involving other guests or children. Please plan accordingly for childcare during your service. Our waiting room is currently open to booked clients only. Thank you for your understanding.
Cell Phones
When checking in for your appointment, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate. Also please remember to speak in a soft voice upon arrival. We ask that if a phone call needs to be made that you politely take the call outside the spa, so as not to disturb other spa guests. We are prepared to provide you with uninterrupted, quality service. Remember this is your relaxation time and we want your visit to be an enjoyable one. ​
